RFP Documents

I worked for Stone Ward Advertising for almost two years as their Account Executive for Business Development. In this role, I was responsible for writing, organizing and editing the Request For Proposal (RFP) responses for all of the agency new business. Below are the covers of some of the successful RFP responses I wrote. Because the contents of the RFP response are proprietary, I have not included the contents. However, Millie Ward, the President of Stone Ward, would be happy to speak to my abilities as a technical writer for the agency.

Above is the cover for the Energy Efficiency Arkansas Advertising Campaign RFP. I wrote portions of this RFP and collaborated with other directors at the agency to write and edit other sections of the document. Stone Ward ultimately won the account which was worth over $900,000.

This is the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, Higher Education Awareness Advertising Campaign RFP. I had the opportunity to write the RFP response, again in collaboration with other Stone Ward directors, and do some of the speculative creative writing for the pitch. Ultimatly, Stone Ward went with my tag line for the campaign, “Just Say Go.” Stone Ward also won the account which was worth over $550,000.

Above is the Arkansas State University Television Advertising Production RFP. I wrote and edited the response to this RFP in collaboration with other Stone Ward directors. Ultimately, Stone Ward got the account which was valued at over $25,000.
